Blissful Balance is held on select Saturdays, 7-9:30pm ET (see dates and themes below).

    Then, we’ll move into the healing power of JourneyDance™ with Danielle, a powerful somatic practice that fosters emotional release and inner harmony.

    We’ll round out the evening with Yoga Nidra, a transformative guided meditation that rejuvenates your mind, body, and spirit, thanks to guest facilitator Rose Velasco.

Meet Your Hosts — Jennifer & Danielle

Jennifer is a Certified Cannabis Health and Wellness Coach and founder of Canna Coach JB.

She teaches a multi-cannabinoid approach to wellness for improved mental and physical well-being.

From anxiety and anger to migraines and neurological issues, Jennifer believes cannabis has been a balancing factor for all her health struggles.

Danielle is a JourneyDance™ Facilitator (somatic movement coach), certified Mindset Coach, and founder of Superfine Life.

Her unique focus is on empowering women in business, helping them break free from feeling stuck, so they can unleash their unstoppable selves!

With certifications in NLP, hypnosis, timeline therapy, mindset coaching, and JourneyDance™, Danielle combines mindset modalities and somatic techniques to offer effective solutions for managing stress, conquering anxiety, and overcoming overwhelm.

Together, they’re also the co-founders of Superfine Social where they help fellow coaches and facilitators build websites that expand their impact and income.

Their ultimate dream — to build a lakefront retreat center dedicated to healing. And these mini-retreats are the very seed helping bring that vision to light.

    You only need one ticket, and many of our participants LOVE using this as an opportunity to get together with their friends, sisters, mom, etc.

  • You are welcome to partake in consuming Cannabis in any manner you see fit.

    Cannabis is not required but encouraged to enhance your experience and healing potential.

    For Cannabis-focused modalities, the facilitator may suggest inhalation for those who would like to participate at that time.

    For anyone wanting to try something non-intoxicating, CBG or CBD would be a great go-to cannabinoid to try.

    For anyone not participating in the Cannabis portion, we ask that you provide a supportive space for the Cannabis lifestyle since we are all about breaking the stigma.

    Lastly, should you decide not to participate in the Cannabis portion, just know your body is producing its own endo-cannabinoid, Anandamide, our Bliss Molecule, which we are looking to stimulate by experiencing these modalities.

    Cannabis will only enhance what is already naturally happening in the body — so we are all enhancing our Endocannabinoid System, whether consuming or not.

  • Why Cannabis?

    Using cannabis can provide a natural way to regulate your body and mind.

    Our body's endocannabinoid system is a crucial part of our physiology, supporting vital physical and mental functions such as sleep, mental health, and pain management.

    The primary role of this system is to maintain homeostasis, or balance, within the body, which it achieves through a lock-and-key system.

    When the body experiences stress, chronic pain, inflammation, or other imbalances, enzymes produce endocannabinoids, which act as keys to connect with the appropriate receptors (or locks).

    Since phytocannabinoids, or cannabinoids from plants, can also restore homeostasis, consuming cannabis can have a balancing effect to bring the body and mind back to their intended state of balance.
